My name is Jacqui Gillan and welcome to Birth Inspirations Childbirth Education classes. I have 30 years experience as a midwife and childbirth educator working in private and public hospitals. I would love to give you classes to increase your knowledge and confidence so that you can make good decisions for your labour, birth and beyond.
Birth Inspirations offers CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASSES for couples expecting a baby. The classes give you correct and updated information to help you make good decisions. The classes are run IN YOUR HOME or by arrangement in my home on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon throughout the year and take you through all things labour and birth, breastfeeding and parenting. If you are having complications in your pregnancy or know that you are having an induction or caesarean, no problem, I will make the class relevant to you.

For Midwives, I offer a 6 month online course to prepare you for teaching classes.Everything you need to know about childbirth education is in this course. You will be able to design a course and facilitate one of a high standard. For the past 16 years I have coordinated a similar course run through a major Sydney hospital. I have educated approximately 120 students. Students who do this course are well prepared to teach classes anywhere. Upon successful completion of the course you will be awarded a Certificate of Childbirth Education endorsed by the Childbirth and Parenting Educators of Australia (CAPEA Inc.).
